#356 What Am I?

What am I will probably have to be the eternal question unless one of you can tell me what it is. I saw this over the weekend in Wilmington so it won't be possible for me to see what emerges.

    Looks like a weaver nest to me but it is a bit hard to graso the perspective, for size, if small almost anything.great shot and Bokeh.
